Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Maison M&F.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

At the time of publication of this policy, Maison M&F accepts payment exclusively through Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers are requested to have the payment amount available upon delivery.

Delivery Information

Maison M&F is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, refuses the order without a legitimate reason, or provides incorrect delivery information, Maison M&F reserves the right to cancel the order and refuse future orders where repeated abuse is reasonably identified.
